Governance & Data Ethics

Privacy Statement

Last Updated: October 2026 | Effective for Platform Specification Ingestion

This Privacy Statement delineates the data handling practices governing technical documentation access, hardware attestation telemetry verification, and specification downloads within the AMD-Secure Architecture Repository.

1. Information Processing Scope

Our technical specification services operate under strict telemetry isolation. Standard HTTP web access records (IP address, TLS cipher negotiation parameters, User-Agent, and timestamp) are temporarily maintained for load balancing, network anomaly detection, and caching optimization.

2. Hardware Attestation Telemetry

Remote attestation quote structures submitted for cryptographic validation are processed ephemerally in-memory. Binary quotes (including VCEK certificates, guest launch measurements, and TCB security version numbers) are cryptographically validated against hardware root-of-trust digests and are never persisted to secondary storage.

3. Cookie Governance & Client State

This repository maintains strictly functional, session-scoped cookies essential for technical document navigation, anchor persistence, and display mode synchronization. We do not deploy third-party advertising or commercial cross-domain tracking pixels.

4. Regulatory Alignment

Our data handling conventions align with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). System integrators and security architects may direct inquiries regarding technical documentation access governance to security-privacy@amd-secure.com.
